Bi-layer Tablet Press:
AAYUSH Mini Bilayer Tablet Press is designed to represent two-layer tablet productions at a small scale. Available is two different models for suitability of B &D tooling.
Salient Features :
1. With its larger turret diameter, variable speed allow for realistic scale up to larger rotary presses.
2. Two Force Feeder system helps maintain uniform die fill and represents production equipment.
3. Pressure compensation hydraulic system.
4. Tablet thickness &weight adjustment settings are outside the machine.
5. Designed as per c GMP norms.
6. All the parts in compression zone are of S. S.304 or Elecroless Nickel Plated.
7. Centrally driven turret provides vibration free balanced rotation &oil free compression zone.
8. Main drive with ACVFD.
9. Lower punch seal to avoid jamming of the lower punches.
10. Transparent Guards at compression zone with safety switches.
11. 24V AC supply on control panel.
Electric Motor &Panel are separated in additional zone to make more space in mechanical zone for convenience in working.
Newly designed vacuum system &force feeders to avoid mixing of both products.
