Instructions for the paper-clips-making machine

The machine works fully automatic. Round wire is from wire coil.
The roller-device in front of the machine makes the wire pass through correctly which is them pulled into the machine by pulling in pliers. The wire is now sized and cut by the tools inside of the machine. Then the wire shaft is bent and the finished clip leaves the machine.
By changing the tools different sizes can be manufactured.
The well designed machine is clearly arranged and can be attended by everybody. The steady working of the machine guarantees ist continuous running. Thus the daily output is high although the speed per minute is relatively low.
Using a supplementary equiqment, pointed clips up to 42 mm of length and round ones up to 45 mm can be produced wire from 1,2 to 1,25 mm.
Output per minute:50 clips
After the clips have left the machine, they are rolled in a barrel filled with sawdust or leatherdust until they are quite shiny.
