This new multi-purposeful Unit is capable of performing 8 operations and it is fitted all into one structure. Widely used in schools and coleges for educations and by craft, hobbists and jewellers.
The 8 functions include:
1. Electroplating process (plating conductive materials with other metals);
2. Electroforming process (plating non-conductive materials with metal e. G. Wax and empty forms inside);
3. Stripping process (stripping old surface from items before replating);
4. Cleaning process (cleaning metal before use for any other processes for best outcome);
5. Chemicaly metal painting process (adds colour to any metal apart from aluminium);
6. Anodizing process (adds colour to aluminium);
7. Refurbishing process! (replaces and improves old metallic surface);
8. Etching process! (chemical engraving).
We deliver all the necessery chemicals for your work!
Furthermore this unit secures:
- in-build extraction system (on request);
- connection of any anode form;
- heating the solution up to 50-60 degree;
- stripping, cleaning and plating in-build tanks;
- able to connect to any bigger tanks;
- electronical control of output voltage;
- can produce a high impulse up to 30 seconds before plating hard metals for best quality;
- graduate regulation of current and voltage;
- disconnection of electricity from anode and cathode when the lid is opened, for your safety;
- anode can be moved inside the bath;
- second line for connectivity of a separate bath and pen or brush units.
