The majority of the 150 high tempo flow drills are designed to enhance the execution of team play and group tactics. The physical conditioning program divides the year into 4 training phases: Off-season, pre-season, in-season and post-season with workouts to improve flexibility, muscular strength and power, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, and skating speed.
