Gt 30i CNC chuck lathe use the modular design concept, in this machine tool, the advanced and reliable numerical control system gsk 980td of our own and LCD screen are adopted to realize English prompt full-screen editing.
The spindle is supported by high-accuracy rolling bearing; the frequency governor imported from abroad is used in the main drive system to realize stepless speed regulation and constant linear cutting functions; the bed is supersonic frequency hardened, plastic coated guide ways are used for the carriage; and stepping motor of ac servo motor are used X and z axis to realize feed movement via the ball screws.
This machine tool is characterized by high power, good rigidity, large accuracy margin and series life and it is an ideal equipment for machining medium and small precision and comples parts made in all kinds of material (especially non-ferrous metals) and automatic large-lot production.
