Plastic Laminating Machine:
Making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene and
polyethylene during the melting status, this machine adheres and
laminates paper and color-printed woven packaging bags. Laminating
melted polypropylene and polyethylene film on woven bags produces
laminated woven bags. Laminating on the film and paper directly,
or laminating color-printed OPP and BOPP film on the surface of
these bags produces colored packaging bags for instant noodles,
melon seeds and various other foods.
This extruder has a vertical gear reducer and adopts an automatic
temperature-control system to adjust melting temperatures. The
screw and cylinder are made of 38Cr Mo ALA alloy steel and treated
through nitrogenation. The double-die can realize single or double
face coating, the coating and laminating widths can be regulated,
and stepless speed regulation is used to control coating thickness
and laminating speed. A photoelectric meter for edge correction ensures
coating accuracy. Automatic edge cutting, counting, edge-blowing,
perforating, edge-folding, cutting-off and winding devices are applied
(Patent No.97243664.2).
