The body is made of special alloy casting and thoroughly seasoned to assure longer life and accuracy of the machine. Its component parts are made of special alloy steels tempered and ground ensuring longwearing life.
The special shape of bit tool can perform rough cutting and finishing simultaneously.
The machine is equipped with four non revolving expandable and contactable guiders moving on special scroll just above cutting tool and it makes most accurate centering and perfect result with one single cut.
A specially deigned micrometer is supplied with machine. The tool holder is placed in the micrometer and by the adjusting screw and the tool holdercan be set to any cylinder size called for away from the bar thus no interference in settings.
