Horizontal Washing-Disc Deaerator:
The condensed water accesses to the water chamber of the deaerator through inlet pipe. A 13t/h constant speed nozzle is evenly laid on the length direction of the chamber. Since the pressure of the condensed water is higher than that of the deaerator side, &elta; P along two sides of the steam will have effects on the plate, and then compressed spring on the nozzle will be opened to spray the condensed water, thus presenting a taper water film for heating within the space. The steam and the taper water film can fully be contacted, then rapidly heat the condensed water to a situation point under the pressure, so that most of the non-condensed water can be removed in the deoxidization section, which will be sprayed on the water tank. The water-washing disc is made of rows of small steels, which constitute 16 layers, which allow the condensed water has enough retaining time and max heat exchanging area. When the condensed water in the washing disc re-boil, the remaining non-condensed gas in the disc can be further removed, making the oxygen contents reach the boiler feed water standard (&e;7&icro; g/l). This section has therefore got the name of deep deoxidization section, since the non-condensed gas here will rise to the designated exhaust pipe to discharge to the air, thus reaching the required oxygen for the demands of the boiler at any time.
