Spraying-Filler Deaerator:
The inlet water (condensed water and feed water) of the deaerator will go through the stainless steel spring nozzle, which can spray the inlet water into mist shape and get heated by the steam from the lower to upper part, thus achieving primary deoxidization. Washing disc and feeding layer are installed on the bottom, so that water can flow to the feeding layer through the multi-hole plate after dispersing on the disc. Heating steam vent is set on the feeding layer or water tank, which allows the steam enter the feeding layer and accomplishes in-depth deoxidization.
The feeding has very good heat transfer and mass transfer performance; on the other hand, water will fall to the tank via the central pipe. Re-boiling device is installed on the water tank and water absorbed through the jet of the steam will enter the nozzle mixed pipe for heat exchanging before spraying to the water. In this way, water recycling will be formed around the nozzle, and also the steam and water mixing can be made, by which the oxygen and other gas in the water will come to the water surface, accelerating the oxygen diffusion.
