High Efficiency Boiling Dryer:
The machine is suitable for drying damp granule or powder material in such industries as pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food industry, light industry, etc. Especially it is suitable for drying big granule, small mass, other viscous material produced by HLSG series super mixing granular using damp method. After drying, materials change a lot in volume.
Working Principle:
After heated and purified, the air is taken into the container by air motor. Through screen plate under the action of stirring and negative pressure, fluidization, touch between air and solid, the water in the material (solid) is vaporized rapidly and taken away by air exhaust pipe so as to dry the material quickly.
Features:
1. Adopt gasbag-style airtight in its material container.
2. Its fluid-bed is round structure. So it avoids dead corner.
3. There is stirring device in the container, avoiding the joining of wet materials and agglomeration forming during the drying course, which can make the materials even and dry speedily.
4. The cloth bag filter at the top is made from anti-static special fiber. The operation is safe.
5. Operated at sealed negative pressure.
